Al Ghaaf — named after the resilient native tree of the Emirates — was founded in Al Ain in 2018 by a small team of seasoned PROs who had spent years watching workers and employers struggle with confusing counters, repeated rejections and impersonal queues. They believed government service in the Emirates could feel like Emirati hospitality itself: warm, attentive, exact.

Today our two branches in Al Noud and Jimi house dozens of certified specialists — Tawjeeh trainers, Tasheel typists, immigration consultants, licensing experts, judicial drafters and bilingual concierges who greet every visitor in the language they speak best.

Most of all, we remain devoted to the people who make this country run: the construction crews, drivers, nurses, hospitality teams and engineers who arrive in the UAE with hopes for their families back home. Every form we type carries that responsibility.
